Echo Support connectors

What a connector brings to the assistant, the ones that exist and the ones to come.

A connector links Echo Support to a tool your business already uses. The assistant relies on it to answer with your real data — an order, a product, a policy — rather than with generalities.

They are gathered on the Connectors screen (app.echo-group.ca/support/connecteurs), reserved for the organization’s owner and administrators; any other role sees "Access Restricted". Each card shows its state: "Available", "Coming soon", or your store’s own state once it is connected.

"I’m interested"

The WooCommerce, Wix and Email cards carry an "I’m interested" button. It records your organization’s interest in that connector; a second click removes it. That is what helps us choose the next connector to build. It puts nobody on a list and sends no email, and no date is promised.

Your platform isn’t listed? Name it in the field at the bottom of the screen: 40 characters at most, letters, digits, spaces, full stop, hyphen and apostrophe.

We read these answers as counts only: how many organizations are interested in each connector. A platform name only shows up there once at least three organizations have given it.
